Paige and Alden

This wedding held a lot of “firsts” for our venue, so it was so exciting to host this wonderful couple. It was our first food truck, first slow-motion video booth, the first time we had all farm style wooden tables throughout the orchard, and the first time we had a swing, hand made by the groom, hanging in the orchard. The bride and groom that day were perfection, as was every detail.

The  garlands of seeded eucalyptus and olive branches, dotted with white garden roses, added that Tuscan warmth to the 100 feet of tables that beckoned guests to sit, enjoy a meal, and each others company. 142weddingday 2016

The slender bride wore white lace, with a garland of laurel and roses in her hair. The groom wore blue with layered white shirt and tie. Her bouquet,  also seeded eucalyptus and exquisite white garden roses, was perfect.231weddingday 201620160820_180553

The  Fiore Pizza Food Truck pulled up at 5pm to begin the wood fire and were ready to serve pizza’s by 6 pm; Bianco (cream, ricotta, fresh mozzarella, basil), New York style, Pepperoni. Even the bride and groom broke away from the line for this treat. The Orzo and Caesar salads & lemonades served by Fiore Pizza were all excellent.20160820_182235

A constant stream of guests visited the candy bar with all her favorites (apothecary jars  from The Villa), including crates of Mountain Dew (his favorite).  And a slo-mo video booth, provided the guests with entertainment and lasting memories. The swing he made her when they were dating (what a way to win her heart),  hung nearby.20160820_175325

Her bridesmaids looked like Botticelli maidens and the groomsmen looked like trouble.173weddingday 2016

Guests started filling the dance floor before the DJ was plugged in. Dancing began as the lights went down, leaving the candlelit tables empty. A sparkler send off was the perfect finish to this evening full of memories and fun.470weddingday 2016
